The desire to share this traditional pre-­Colombian gastronomic treasure is aligned with the Founders' values. Viviana Lewis and Nena Sierra cook with passion while spreading the long­standing tradition of AREPAS.

Fun fact: Palenque partnered with Farm2Me during Hurricane Sandy to feed 400,000 meals to NYers in the first 24 hours after the Hurricane hit.
