About Farm2Me: 

Farm2Me is revolutionizing the way small-scale producers and emerging brands bring their products to market. Our Webkul Multivendor Seller Portal currently serves 600 active brands, with an additional 34,000 ready to be onboarded. We’re looking for a technical co-founder to help scale our platform and onboard these brands seamlessly.

Role Overview: 

We’re seeking a co-founder software engineer with a deep technical understanding of front-end development, UX/UI design, and API integration. You will build a new, user-friendly front-end for our Webkul Multivendor Seller Portal, closely mirroring Shopify’s backend. This role involves high-impact contributions, with a 2.5% equity stake granted after 1 year, contingent upon a shareholders agreement based on your time invested in the project.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Front-End Development: Design and develop a new front end for the Webkul Multivendor Seller Portal, creating a seamless experience that resembles Shopify’s admin back end and integrates with Webkul’s API.

 

- UX/UI Redesign: Reimagine and optimize the onboarding flow to be self-serve, AI-guided, and highly intuitive, enabling sellers to complete their onboarding in under 5 minutes.

- App Launch & Management: Lead the launch and management of Farm2Me’s Webkul Seller App on the Shopify App Marketplace, ensuring an easy installation experience for sellers, product integration, and account setup.

- Payment Method Integration: Integrate ACH (via Routable or Melio) or PayPal for seller payouts, ensuring smooth onboarding of payment methods.

- API Automation: Set up automated API updates across our Admin Portal, Seller Portal, and Shopify App to ensure seamless integration and eliminate the need for manual updates every six months.

- Continuous Improvement: Iterate and enhance the Farm2Me Seller App’s UX/UI, staying at the forefront of functionality as our platform scales and our seller base grows.

Equity & Growth Potential: 

- Equity: 2.5% equity granted after one year based on a shareholder’s agreement, translating to $40,000 at the current valuation of $1.6M.

- Long-Term Potential: As we scale to 60,000 brands, Farm2Me’s value could grow by 100x, translating to approximately $4M for your equity share.

- Non-Dilution Rights: Your 2.5% stake will be protected as we raise capital, with drag-along rights for internal equity sales or deals.

Ideal Candidate: 

- Expert in front-end development with a strong portfolio of UX/UI work, ideally with experience on platforms like Shopify.

- Demonstrated experience with API integrations and automation, particularly within the e-commerce space.

- Proven track record of launching apps on Shopify or similar platforms.
